As Group President, Dana Lendorf-McCarthy leads the strategic direction and growth of Onyx telecom and utility software businesses. In this role, she ensures that mission-critical solutions – including customer information systems (CIS), mobile workforce platforms, and customer engagement tools – deliver measurable value to telecom and utility providers across North America.

Dana is focused on building strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across her teams.

She brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in operations, customer service, and technology integration. Dana has been with Harris for almost 10 years where she has held executive positions as COO, Portfolio Leader and EVP across Harris utility businesses.
