Group President, Onyx

Rob McGinnis

As President, Rob leads the strategic direction and growth of our Utilities, Insurance, Construction, Transportation, and Retail businesses. In this role, he ensures that our mission-critical software systems, including customer information systems (CIS), insurance administration systems, and retail point of sale (POS) systems, meet and exceed the needs of our diverse client base. These solutions are utilized by over a thousand utilities, thousands of insurance agents, and drive millions of retail transactions.

Rob is focused on building lasting customer relationships, delivering high-quality software, and fostering an exceptional work environment for his team.

Rob brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience to his current role. Previously, he served as President and CEO of CNA Life and Group Operations, as well as President and CEO of Marsh Global Consumer.
